One agent. Three paid rungs
They differ on how many customers you answer for in a month, and on nothing else. No rung has fewer call flows, a shorter history, fewer people on the team or a worse agent — and robocalls are never billed on any of them.

Enterprise · More than 550 customers a month
Several locations under one login, or volume worth pricing properly. Past the included customer count the meter simply runs — that never stops your phone. Talk time is the one real ceiling, and at this volume we set it with you rather than off a card.
The table where nothing is withheld
This is the section where a pricing page usually shows you what the cheap plan does not get. Between the paid plans there is nothing to put in that column — they differ on how many customers you answer for, and on nothing else.

Customers included each month
A unique caller, counted once however often they ring. Somebody who calls four times about one boiler is one customer.

Talk time included each month
Set at about twice what a shop this size uses, so it is headroom rather than a quota. If you get near it we tell you, and nothing on your bill moves.

Room over the included count
A storm week does not force an upgrade. Past this the rung has genuinely been outgrown and we say so rather than billing it quietly.

Every paid plan · not Free
Books into your real calendar
Google, Outlook, Apple, Exchange or CalDAV, against the capacity actually left in the window.
Every paid plan · not Free
Classifies before it qualifies
A supplier, a robocall and a new job are not the same conversation, and only one of them books.
Every paid plan · not Free
Transfer ladder with press-1 accept
You, then a second number, then whoever is on call — so a voicemail box cannot swallow the call.
Every paid plan · not Free
Never sends anyone to voicemail
If nobody accepts, it takes the details and commits to a callback window.
Every paid plan · not Free
Run it by text
Reply to a message to move a job, block a morning, or clear a rained-off day.

Recording, transcript and job record
Every call, kept and searchable. No shorter history on a cheaper rung.

Your questions, your guardrails
The agent's goal, call types, urgency rules and the lines it will not cross are all configuration.
Every paid plan · not Free
English and Spanish on one number
It switches when the caller switches, mid-call, with no second line to publish.
Every paid plan · not Free
Text confirmations and reminders
The window read back in the same words the caller heard, and a text the day before. Switches on when the carriers finish registering your line, inside the setup window.
Every paid plan · not Free
Robocalls zero-rated
Identified, never billed, and never turned into a customer record.
Every paid plan · not Free
Free carries a dash down most of this table because it has no phone number — it keeps the job, customer and calendar records, and nothing answers for you. That is the absence of our costs, not a feature gate: every paid plan gets the same agent, and the rows above it are ticked all the way across.
Every plan starts with a 14-day setup
Not a queue, and not a trial. Your plan is live from day one, because your phone is being answered from day one. The fortnight is us making sure it works with your prices before you rely on it.
Your receptionist answers, triages, quotes from your price list, books into your calendar and transfers to you from the day your number goes live.
Day one
Your number is live and answering
We port the number you advertise or give you a new one, load your call-out fee, service radius, hours and job types, and the agent starts taking calls.
First week
We listen to the real calls with you
Recordings and transcripts of your own callers, not a demo. What it got wrong becomes a guardrail, a price or a question, and we change it with you rather than handing you a settings page.
By day 14
Texting switches on
US carriers register every business that sends texts, and they take 10–15 days to approve one. We file it on day one and confirm the day it clears — that is the only part of the product that waits, and it is why the setup window is the length it is.
What counts as a customer?
A unique caller in a month, counted once however often they ring. A customer who calls four times in a cold snap is one customer, and a robocall is not a customer at all.
What happens if I go over the included count?
Nothing breaks and nothing stops answering. The meter runs for the customers past the included count, and if you are consistently well over, the next rung is cheaper than the meter — we would rather tell you that than bill it quietly.
Am I billed for robocalls and wrong numbers?
No. They are classified, zero-rated, and never become a customer record. This is the single most common complaint about per-call human answering services, and out of hours is when most automated calls arrive.
Are minutes limited?
No. Minutes, call length, call flows and transfer destinations are unlimited on every paid rung. A storm that triples your call volume does not change the bill — which is the difference between this and a per-minute contract.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
Neither. It is a monthly subscription you can cancel, there is no onboarding fee, and there is no minimum term. Nothing here requires a demo before you can see a price.
How long before it is answering my phone?
Your number goes live and the receptionist starts answering, quoting and booking straight away. Texting is the one part that waits: US carriers register every business that sends texts, one at a time, and they take 10 to 15 days. We file yours on the first day and confirm when it clears, which is why setup is a 14-day window rather than an afternoon.
When does billing start — day one, or after setup?
Day one. Your plan starts when your number goes live, because that is when it starts answering your phone and costing us a line. The setup window is not a trial and there is nothing extra to pay for it: it is the fortnight we spend on your calls, inside the plan you are already on. Cancel any time.
What does the free rung actually do?
It keeps the job, customer and calendar records — it just has no phone number, so nothing answers for you. That is the absence of our costs rather than a feature gate: every paid rung gets the same agent.
Do I need a card to start?
Not for the free rung. A paid rung claims a phone number, which costs us money from the first day, so that one takes a card.
