Appointment reminder software that supports attendance.

Confirm something the customer understands
A reminder should make the day, time, location or meeting method clear. It should identify the business and explain how to ask a question or change the appointment. Avoid including sensitive details that are not needed to recognize the booking.
Use the calendar record as the source for the reminder. A copied date in a separate campaign can become wrong after a reschedule. Check the time zone and the behavior of recurring appointments before sending to customers.
Make replies part of the workflow
Customers reply to reminders with practical requests: a later time, parking information or notice that they cannot attend. Decide whether the system can handle each reply, route it or create a callback task.
A cancellation must stop the old reminder path. A reschedule must refer to the new booking rather than sending both versions. Test those changes alongside the original appointment instead of treating reminders as a disconnected messaging job.
Measure attendance and friction
Track delivered reminders, customer responses, cancellations and attendance separately. A delivered message does not prove that someone understood it, and an earlier cancellation may be more useful than an unexplained empty slot.
If reminders are part of your Vandial workflow, confirm the calendar, channel and reply handling during setup. Compare the total booking-to-attendance process rather than choosing only by the lowest message price.

Questions and answers
What should an appointment reminder include?
The business name, appointment date and time, the location or joining method, and a clear way to respond. Include preparation details only when they are relevant and appropriate for the channel.
Are reminders the same as an appointment setter?
No. A setter helps establish and arrange the appointment. A reminder concerns a booking that already exists. They should share an accurate calendar record and coherent rescheduling rules.
