Data Processing Addendum

For personal data about your callers, you are the controller and we are the processor. This addendum forms part of the Terms of Service and applies automatically to every account; there is nothing to sign.

Subject matter: answering telephone calls to your number and creating records from them. Duration: while your account is open, plus the deletion periods in the Privacy Policy.

Categories of data subject: members of the public who call your business. Categories of data: telephone number, call audio and transcript, name, service address, and the details of the work discussed.

We process caller data only on your documented instructions, which for these purposes are the configuration on your account and the settings you choose.

We keep it confidential, apply the security measures described in the Privacy Policy, and assist you with data-subject requests, breach notification and impact assessments.

We use the subprocessors listed on the Subprocessors page, impose equivalent obligations on each, and remain responsible for their performance.

On termination we delete caller data as described in the Privacy Policy, and export is available for 30 days first.
