Messaging Terms

When the agent books an appointment for a caller, it sends that caller a confirmation by text from the business's number. It may also send a reminder, a message when an appointment is moved or cancelled, and a message when a day is cleared.

These are transactional messages about an appointment the recipient asked for. The service does not send marketing messages and does not run outbound campaigns.

Message frequency varies with the number of appointments. Message and data rates may apply, charged by the recipient's own carrier.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. STOP is honoured immediately and for that number, and no further messages are sent to it about future appointments.

A recipient who has stopped messages will still be able to speak to the business by telephone.

You are the sender. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to text the people you book, for honouring opt-outs, and for meeting the carrier registration requirements that apply to business messaging in the United States.
