Avoca does not publish a price. Its SERP is other people's pages
Avoca is one of the strongest products in AI voice for home services, and if you run ServiceTitan it is a serious candidate. It also publishes no pricing page, which is why the first page of results for its own pricing term is Smith.ai, the ServiceTitan marketplace and a comparison site.

The overlap is real and it is worth stating first
Both products answer home-services calls, triage urgency, capture the facts a dispatcher needs, book, and produce recordings and transcripts. Both are built on the premise that the trades lose money to unanswered phones and that a message is not a booking.
Avoca additionally does call review and coaching against recorded calls, which is a genuinely different capability aimed at businesses with a team of CSRs to improve.
Where they diverge: who the buyer is
Avoca's centre of gravity is the larger home-services operation: one with a dispatch team, a ServiceTitan deployment, and enough CSRs that coaching them is a job somebody has. Its marketplace presence and its enterprise posture both point there.
Vandial is built for the shop below that line: sole operators and small teams, self-service, configured in an afternoon with no onboarding call and no account manager. Roughly half the licensed trade businesses in the states we have measured have no employees at all, and that is who the entry rung exists for.
ServiceTitan, plainly
If your business runs on ServiceTitan, Avoca's marketplace integration is a material advantage and Vandial does not have an equivalent. Our integrations are Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, ServiceM8, RepairShopr, Follow Up Boss, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Zoho, Capsule and Dynamics. A horizontal set, not a field-service-management set.
We would rather say that here than have you discover it after a trial. It is the single clearest reason to choose Avoca over us.
What you can verify about each
Ours: $99, $349 and $899 a month, metered on unique customers, unlimited call flows, no per-call or per-minute charge, spam zero-rated. Published, on a page with no form in front of it.
Theirs: you will need a sales conversation. That is a legitimate way to sell to larger operations and it is a poor fit for a two-van shop deciding on a Sunday evening.
Where they are the better answer
A comparison page that finds nothing to admire anywhere else is an advertisement. This is the honest version.
For a ServiceTitan shop with CSRs to coach, Avoca is the stronger product
The ServiceTitan integration is not something we match, and for a business whose entire operation runs inside that system it outweighs most other considerations. Avoca's call review and coaching layer is also aimed at a problem we do not solve: if you employ CSRs and the question is how to make them better on the phone rather than how to answer the phone at all, that is a different product and Avoca has built it. They are further along, better funded, and deeper in the enterprise end of this vertical. A fifty-van operation should be talking to them.
Hear it before you decide anything
The free tier builds the agent, takes your services and your prices, and lets you talk to it in the browser. Nobody should hand their phone to something they have not argued with first.
How much does Avoca AI cost?
Not published. There is no public pricing page as of 14 August 2026; pricing requires a sales conversation.
What is a good Avoca alternative?
For a smaller home-services business that wants a published price and self-service setup, Vandial at $99 or Goodcall at $79. For a large operation on ServiceTitan, the honest answer is usually Avoca itself.
Does Vandial integrate with ServiceTitan?
No. Our integrations are horizontal: mail, calendar, chat and CRM. If ServiceTitan is where your business lives, that is a genuine point in Avoca's favour.
Which is better for a small trade business?
Vandial is built for the shop with no dispatcher and no onboarding capacity, configured in an afternoon, priced on a public page, starting at $99. Avoca is built for operations several sizes larger.
Do both handle after-hours emergencies?
Both triage urgency. Vandial's escalation ladder requires a keypress to accept each leg, so a 2am dispatch cannot be swallowed by a voicemail greeting. Worth testing on any vendor in this category, including ours.
